  • Do you offer in person or telehealth appointments?

Both options work. We love being able to connect with clients in person and also understand that telehealth can offer flexibility with scheduling. Let’s chat about it!

  • I want to work with you, what are my next steps?

Yay great news! The next steps would be to fill out the contact form and we can set up a 15 minute consultation. If you want to skip the consultation and get started, email directly at samball@sstwis.net that you are ready to start services. We will get you connected with your patient portal and there will be legal documents that need to be filled out prior to the first session. We look forward to being a part of your journey!

  • How will I know if this is the right fit and what can I expect in the therapy sessions?

We totally get it, finding a therapist can be intimidating. Please know that we want to make sure you are getting the support you need. That is why the first session is really about history taking and getting to understand your presenting concerns. We want to make sure we are the right fit for you. If we are not, we will make sure you are provided with other referral options and there will be ZERO hard feelings.

  • What do I do if there is an emergency?
