Meet your therapist
Hi, I’m Sam and I am so glad you are here! I’ve been a therapist for the last 10 years and my number one goal is to establish a therapeutic connection. The ways I like to do this are through using play based techniques with kids while also having meaningful and open conversations with teens and young adults. My approach is to allow a space where someone is able to be themselves without judgement while at the same time I am encouraging clients to challenge themselves.
Outside of the therapy office, I’m usually doing something that fills my cup—enjoying a concert, finding new eats, or taking walks with my dog. I love to travel to warm climates especially on a cruise ship. When I am at home you can find me playing all sorts of card, board, or video games. My cup is full when I am in the moment making long lasting memories.
